Temple Beth El of South Orange County’s Sherri Krause Madrichim (Teaching Assistants) Program is for students who will be in 8th-12th grade during the 2024-2025 school year. The Madrichim Program will not only enhance your Jewish knowledge, leadership and identity, but also enhance the Aron and Sala Samueli Religious School. By becoming a Madrich/a, you will serve as a Teacher Assistant in one of our Religious School classes on Monday nights from 4:30pm-6:30pm. Madrichim help teachers with daily activities, such as leading small groups, taking attendance, helping with hands-on learning projects, working with students who may need extra attention, and most importantly, serving as a Jewish role model for our kids! Madrichim will receive specific training by experts during the teaching hours. For students in 9th through 12th grade, this is a paid posltion with annual increases.

New this year, all Madrichim (8th-12th graders) will meet once a month after Religious School from 6:30-8:30 for Monday Night Teens!

By singing up for the Madrichim program you agree to attend at least 80% of all class sessions and training events as well as the Monday Night Teen Program.
