Mitzvah Day 2025 Highlights
Mitzvah Day 2025 took place February 23, 2025. Some of the highlights of what Temple Beth El was able to accomplish are listed below.
Thank you to all of our generous donors who helped make Mitzvah Day a HUGE success! Thank you to Julie Fingersh and Amanda Wasserstrom for spearheading such a wonderful program!
- 70 Door Hangers for Belmont Village
- 23 units of blood were donated
- 75 stress balls and 70 weighted sock belts for students in CUSD
- 15 Judaica items were donated to kick off the collection drive
- More than 75 dog chew toys were created
- 7 blankets were made for children in the hospital
- 75 cards and keychains were created for Family Promise
- 5 people were swabbed for Gift of Life
- 165 happiness bags were made for CHOC
- 25 mitzvah books from Israel matters
- 65 sack lunches for Friendship shelter
- 100's of toiletries & socks for iHope
